Massage: Courtney has her own unique massage style that pulls from the different modalities she has studied, including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, Thai, Shiatsu, Swedish, and more. She blends different pressure and techniques to provide a relaxing and therapeutic experience, often adding hot stones and aromatherapy to her sessions. Her goal is for you to feel good during and after working with her to fulfill your individual wellness needs. She does not take requests for specific modalities, but does want to be informed about what you like, don't like, and wish to accomplish through working with her.
Reiki: Reiki is a form of energy work in which Courtney places her hands on or above an area of the body that needs attention for anywhere from 1 to 10 minutes. Reiki is beneficial for many reasons, but above all it leaves you feeling rejuvenated.
Chakra Balancing: Chakra balancing is a form of energy work that works specifically with the chakra system. During these sessions, Courtney works with each chakra by holding her hands above the areas of the body where they reside. These sessions promote emotional and mental well being.
Tarot: During tarot readings, Courtney will pull cards that hold certain meanings to answer a question or provide perspective on a situation, time period, or area of you life. These sessions are not meant for fortune telling, but as a way to gain insight and guidance from the universe, as interpreted by Courtney.
Coaching: Lifestyle coaching sessions are useful when you feel stuck in an area of your life. We focus on getting you where you want to be through mindset shifts. You will receive journal prompts and action step to help you move forward and create a life you love. As Courtney is currently studying astrology, she may bring that work in to elevate your coaching sessions with deeper insight and information.
Yoga: Courtney offers private yoga lessons and recommends adding this to a massage session, so that she can tailor the yoga poses and sequences based on what she found during your massage, so you may learn ways to improve your flexibility, range of motion, and tension at home.
Readings: Readings are a great addition to any session to discuss what was found and what you can do to help achieve your personal goals. If you are curious and would like to take an active role in your well being, this is a great way to tie any body work, energy work, or mindset work together in a tangible and applicable way. Courtney's believes strongly in self care and giving you the tools to continue on your healing journey beyond your appointments. She recommends adding 15, 30 minutes, or up to an hour, to your session for these conversations.
Courtney's passion is creating personalized intensive sessions that include multiple areas of her work combined. She feels this is where her true expertise shines as she is mastering her skill of connecting the various aspects of well being. She has layered her education to enable her to work with you in a wholistic way bringing together healing and growth for the body, mind, and energy.
